Mr. Bajpai as Chairman and Shri Amitabh Chaturvedi as the Managing Director and CEO. The bank has provide Centralised Banking Solution (CBS) on the Flexcube Platform facilitating anywhere/anytime banking to its clients.
Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited segments include Retail Banking, Corporate/Wholesale Banking, Treasury and Other Banking Operations. The Retail banking segment provides loans and other banking services to non-corporate customers identified on the basis of RBI guidelines. The Corporate/Wholesale Banking segment provides loans and other banking services to corporate segment identified on the basis of reserve bank of India (RBI) guidelines. The treasury services segment consists of interest earnings on investments portfolio of the bank, gain or losses on investment operations and earnings from foreign exchange business. The Other Banking Operations segment includes income from para banking activities, such as debit card, third party product distribution and associated costs.
The Bank offers a range of services, including personal banking, corporate banking and non-resident Indian (NRI) banking. It became a Scheduled Commercial Bank in the year 1977.Dhanalakshmi Bank has presence over the states of Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Chandigarh, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat,Karnataka, Haryana, Telangana, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu.
