Adani Gas Ltd, is a Ahmedabad-based company. It is founded by Gautam Adani group in Aug 2005 as a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Ltd. It develops a network for city gas distribution networks to supply piped natural gas to the industrial, commercial, domestic and compressed natural gas to the transportation sector.
Adani Gas has already set up city gas distribution networks in Ahmedabad and Vadodara in Gujarat, Faridabad in Haryana and Khurja in Uttar Pradesh. In addition, the development of Allahabad, Chandigarh, Ernakulam, Panipat, Daman, Dharwad, and Udhamsingh Nagar gas distribution is awarded to consortium of Adani Gas Ltd and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.
Adani GAS Holdings Limited is majorly in Mining & Quarrying business from last 10 years and currently, company operations are amalgamated. Current board members & directors are MALAY RAMESH MAHADEVIA, RAJEEV SHARMA and JATINKUMAR RAMESHCHANDRA JALUNDHWALA .
